Christmas 2019: Our last guaranteed standard delivery for Christmas is Monday 16th December. Our last next working day dispatch is Friday 20th December. Our last dispatch before we close for the Christmas break is Monday 23rd December.
Harper’s Candles will be closed to drink and be merry from Tuesday 24th December 2019 Tuesday 7th January 2020 and during this time no emails will be answered.
We will probably pop in to dispatch orders a couple of times during this period if passing on a beer run to Sainsbury’s. Please do not message to ask when. We do not know when we will run out of beer 🙂
Up to 6 products – £3.50 (3-5 working days)
7 to 12 products – £6.50 (3-5 working days)
13 to 24 products – £12.50 (will arrive next working day and require a signature on delivery)
Next working day** – £12.50 (orders must be received before 9am and requires a signature on delivery)
Saturday delivery – £20.00 (orders must be received before 9am on the Friday before and requires a signature on delivery)
Up to 6 products – £12.00 (3-7 working days)
7 to 24 products – £15.00 (3-7 working days)
We recommend that if you are at work during the day that you arrange for your candles to be delivered to a work address or an alternative address where someone will be in to take your parcel. Our courier will attempt three deliveries and/or leave in a safe place where applicable. We are not responsible for your not being in on three separate occasions when your parcels are delivered. It costs us £4 to have a failed delivery returned to us and unfortunately we must pass this on in any refunds (don’t worry – it’s only happened once!). If you specify a safe place for your parcel to be left then we cannot accept liability. Never arrange for candles to be left where they will be exposed to wet or extremes of heat.
We track each parcel to make sure that it arrives safely.
Outlying UK areas and those customers in hard to reach addresses may take up to 7 working days.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us in the first instance so that we are able to deal with this for you and make sure that you receive your order.
If your delivery costs are lower than anticipated (e.g. you order 13 wax melts which weigh a lot less than 13 large tins) then we will always automatically refund you the difference on dispatch and send them using the standard delivery option.
