We normally shipping within 3-4 working days.
Unfortunately, we no longer attend markets and events.
With the exception of subscription boxes, we are unable to ship outside the UK at the moment due to Covid and the cost and quality of courier services.
Spend up to £45 : £4.00 delivery (3-5 working days)
Spend £45 – £80 : £6.50 delivery (3-5 working days)
Spend over £80: £10.00 (will arrive next working day after dispatch and require a signature on delivery)
We use Royal Mail and DHL next day delivery as standard for the majority of our shipping.
Some remote areas (such as the Shetland Islands, Northern Scotland, Channel Islands, Ireland etc.) may carry a £2 surcharge.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 14 days of your dispatch notification as this is the duration of our insurance for your delivery.
We can access tracking for each parcel to make sure that it arrives safely and need to know if your parcel has not arrived within this two week period from the time of your dispatch notification.
After this period we are unfortunately unable to replace your order.
We recommend that if you are at work during the day that you arrange for your candles to be delivered to a work address or an alternative address where someone will be in to take your parcel. Our courier will attempt three deliveries and/or leave in a safe place where applicable. We are not responsible for your not being in on three separate occasions when your parcels are delivered. It costs us £4 to have a failed delivery returned to us and unfortunately we must pass this on in any refunds (don’t worry – it’s only happened once!). If you specify a safe place for your parcel to be left then we cannot accept liability. Never arrange for candles to be left where they will be exposed to wet, direct sun or extremes of heat.
Outlying UK areas and those customers in hard to reach addresses may take up to 7 working days.
If your delivery costs are lower than anticipated (e.g. you order 13 wax melts which weigh a lot less than 13 large tins) then we will always automatically refund you the difference on dispatch and send them using the standard delivery option.
